I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received. I had a wet floir problem I called and a service associate came that afternoon. I didn't hear back from them. I called several times the next week to see what they were going to do. They sent another person to look at it. Hectold me I would hear from them within 3 days to get scheduled. I heard nothing. I called and was told I would be contacted the following Monday morning to be scheduled. I didn't get a call. After 2 weeks of waiting on them, I called another company. A service person came that afternoon and work was started the next morning and was completed in 3 days. I emailed Servpro and expressed my dissatisfaction with them. Four days later, I got a call apologizing for their failure to respond. I was informed that because I was inconvenienced, they would send me a coupon for a free meal at a restaurant. I never received it. I would not recommend them based upon my experience. I would rate them 1 out of 5.

We would like to know more about your specific situation, and would encourage you to call our office so that we can get more details, and address them in the best way possible for you. We told you this last week that we would send you a gift card, and will be doing that via mail. Hopefully you will see that in your mailbox this week. We are glad you were able to get your issue resolved, even if it wasn’t by us and hope that everything returns to normal for you now. They initially responded quickly but its been 4 months and promises to call back to resolve my ins claim, as my ins adjuster is waiting on servepro for final paperwork, has not happened. Promises but no follow thru.

The Serv Pro team came to my dads house after it sustained smoke damage from a small house fire. My dad is elderly and the team had to do baby steps with him and they were wonderful. Work had to be amped up in speed when health issues occurred. They were on it! They accommodate their customers at moments notice. Customer service is top notch. Should be your first and last call!
