We live on a hill on top of a limestone moraine and it was surprising, after living here for nearly 30 years, to find water in our basement. We called ServPro and James and his team showed up after our call, assessed the situation, and made efforts to get rid of the water. The team worked hard removing wet carpet, rugs, and other debris. Their work was fast and efficient, and we're very pleased with the service. James kept me informed on everything being done, and he was patient with some issues we had. I would recommend this company and James' crew to anyone needing this help. I'm totally satisfied with the work. I live in Huron County, Ohio.

Hired ServPro of Huron and East Seneca County to clean up after our basement flooded. James was very attentive and understanding to our questions. He was on time and most importantly honest about what needed done. His crew that did the clean up was amazing and quick. My Wife commented many times at how easy James and Jacob made things go. I highly recommend this ServPro to anyone needing their services. Hope I never need them again, but they will be my first and only call if disaster strikes again.

We called SERVPRO for HVAC duct cleaning in our 100-year-old house. James came out on a Monday to give us an estimate, and scheduled us for Wednesday the same week. He and a helper arrived on time, and they completed the job in just under 4 hours, exactly as James estimated. He showed me photos of the insides of the ducts before and after, and made sure we did not have any questions before they left. James was always very professional and helpful. We will definitely go to them for any other services SERVPRO provides in the future.
