They waited ten months to send the bill. They also charged $600 for 24 hrs of an air scrubber that I could have purchased for $300. The work was good. They also tried to talk my wife into having drywall replaced untill I informed them I've been working in the trades for 40 years

      Response from the owner

I’m glad you were satisfied with the work we did. We are so sorry for the billing confusion. During the pandemic coordinating people working from home was challenging to say the least. We believe we have this problem sorted out and I’m always available for customer concerns. We don't recommend drywall replacement, unless it has lost integrity, or is showing signs of mold. Our highest priority when assessing damage is first and foremost the safety of the occupants of the building and our workers. Our second goal in damage assessment is coming up with a strategy to make it like it never even happened. Our discussion with your wife was part of that process. We aim to provide a scope of services that will resolve the problem, it is always the customers decision whether to take an offered service. You mentioned equipment, in particular Air Scrubbers. We maintain the best, most current equipment in the industry, and yes, you can find after market air scrubbers for $300. Please be careful if you do this. New air scrubbers like the ones we use are between $900 to $1200. The reason you can find the same scrubbers for $300 used is the cost of refurbishing. Replacement HEPA Filter’s cost $356 each, labor to remove the old one and glue in the new one can be as much as $250. It is not uncommon for contractors to buy new air scrubbers, job-cost them out for a project, then decommission the scrubber without refurbishing it. These decommissioned scrubbers have a way of turning up in the used equipment market. There is a big risk buying a used air scrubber because you don't know the history of the equipment and what hazardous situation it has been used in. The equipment may not have been decontaminated properly. Be safe, we're here to help.

I had 6 feet of water in my basement from a storm. I called them 4 times over the course of 4 days. Supposed dispatch said they would have a local service rep contact me ASAP, but never received a response. Do not expect that they will get a hold of you, despite advertising 24 hour service. What a joke!!

      Response from the owner

We are so sorry for your bad experience with our company. We make every effort to contact anyone who reaches out to us. In a storm situation we are routing hundreds of calls, and sometimes have to call on help from out of town. If you are expecting a return call, it is important to answer the phone even if the number is not local. When we encounter a customer that does not answer, has a voice mail that is not set up, or their mailbox is full, we will call 3 times the first day, and every day for the next week. Recently we have implemented a policy to attempt text message communication at each attempt as well. If you have landlines, keep in mind they can be damaged in flood situations, you may be able to call out but incoming calls get a busy signal, and there are other problems that can occur. During an emergency damage situation it's important to leave as much contact information with the dispatcher as possible. Multiple cell phone numbers, email addresses, we have even used facebook messenger to get help to people.

Called Serve Pro at 2 30 am -talked with an operator who assured me a call within a couple hrs. True to her promise, received a call from Chase. He promised someone would be there by 7 30. Jamie and Casey arrived promptly and stayed 12 hours! They were back again the next day to continue cleaning our water issues. I highly recommend them. They are full of info and answered many of our questions. Give them a call!

      Response from the owner

Thank you Pam for your kind words! We truly appreciate you allowing us in to your home during such a difficult time! We’re always here to help! While we hope you never experience a need for our services again, always know we’ll be there should you need us!
