      We do not recommend this company. There were some nice aspects to them but they have some issues with the company right now and it negatively affected our process with them. We had a pipe burst in February 2021 and they came that evening to start the process which was amazing since it burst on a Friday afternoon. All of the people who came to complete the work were very kind, patient, and respectful. The issues came with the office and administration. They were not organized; we often had scheduled a time for them to come out to the house during the week resulting in us having to take work off and they did not show up because something happened with the scheduling. The response time for getting things done was incredibly long (we finally got things finalized in Nov 2021 even though the work was completed for a while). Their communication was not professional, especially towards the end when they claimed we have not been responding to their communication and threatened to send us to collections; there was not a trace of any calls, emails, or mail to my husband or I, and they were not even done with the restoration process. They never came to do the final clean up and during the initial clean up, they ended up destroying a loveseat that had minor water damage; we were looking to keep the couch but they cut it up and removed it from our basement - ServePro did nothing to make up for this, no discount or replacement. I wish we could have had a better experience with this company but we will not use them again. The work that was completed was nice, but I'm overall very disappointed with how this process was handled.

      We observed water in our lower finished walk out level, when the water pressure in our outside hose was too weak. An inside pipe between 2 interior walls had developed a crack, subsequently flooding into 2 bedrooms and into the hallway. Servpro ( of Charlotte MI) responded quickly with a team of technicians. They were knowledgeable, reassuring, answered all our questions and very friendly. They assessed the multi facets of damage and set up the equipment needed to begin the process of drying out. They have been, in what I view , as close contact to keep on top of things and are continuing to monitor the situation before they will remove any equipment. As the job is in the earlier stages I suspect I will learn even more about their services and capabilities. I am very grateful in spite of a stressful event. I would strongly recommend them!

      I'm a renter in a 100 year old house, we had a basement fire in September and had to move our stuff outside until Servpro could get it cleaned up, well here it is December 18th and we still have our stuff sitting outside because Servpro dropped the ball and we are still waiting for our basement to be painted so we can put our stuff back. On the day of the fire they were out and told us once they were done we would never even know there had been a fire. Ha!!!! Wrong!!!
