Called about 30+ different contractors and exterminators in Enterprise and Dothan to see if someone could come out for a mold inspection in my rental. SERVPRO was the only company that actually picked up my call/returned my voicemail. Less than 24 hours after the initial call, Collin called me to set up a same day appointment. He was super responsive, detailed, and friendly! Even took time out of his lunch to drive to the rental. Would highly recommend and will use them exclusively as needed in the future.

Servpro of Dothan cleaned my carpet and air ducts in my home and did a fantastic job. They used the Rotobrush Beast to clean my ductwork and was amazed at the debris and dust that came out. I would recommend this company and its people to anyone. Thank you Servpro!

Used this business for my mothers residence & several months later began to work at this location as well.
They are not faithful about their arrival time, they are known for changing quotes on estimates under the eyes of homeowners as well as insurance adjusters i.e changing water estimates to show mold damage to increase the total costs. I even myself witnessed them bringing de humidifiers and air movers into different locations in the office and warehouse to re create images for files when techs failed to take those before those documents had been submitted, or in most cases just to increase the estimate total Management is been on record saying nasty things in regards to customers, adjusters & working employees. I would definitely refer you to use another location in the area.
This place honestly needs an audit done by ServPro corp or just a legal team in general.

We had a coupling break on our water heater, and it flooded our master bedroom and bathroom (and ductwork and closet.....it was a disaster 🙄) Total mess. Servpro came out immediately and sprang into action. They had a water and mold remediation crew that handled everything wet and mildewed/molded, then they had framing guys come out and do their part, and now we're onto the drywall and flooring guys! It has been a pleasant and incredibly professional experience so far. Everyone has been very nice and the work done is above par. Would highly recommend!!!!!

As an insurance agent it is extremely important that when a claim arises, the insured is priority one!  The folks at ServPro are the very best at what they do!
