Paul and his crew did a mold inspection in my house. They came prepared and on time, did the inspection and kept me informed throughout the process. They did the work we contracted for in an efficient and timely manner. They were all very polite and respectful and did a great job cleaning after themselves. I'm very happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone, anytime.

There was water damage due to a burst pipe.  The water damage was really extensive.  They were there and did what they could.  They had to stop due to State Farm not paying the claim.
Kirsten was excellent.  She kept me up to date every time something new occurred.  Knowing that my parents are disabled, she and her crew worked well with that situation.  Great company and staff.

We had a damaged pipe that leaked from our third floor resulting in damage on the middle floor. Servpro checked all areas multiple times to be sure all wet areas were either removed or dried. They did a wonderful job.

I recently purchased a new home which had a leaky basement. There was some sitting water on the basement floor. ServPro sent a crew and cleaned up the water and moldy areas. They were very thorough and professional.

Your business cleaned the carpet in my condo last week and while there I asked if you could remove some black oil stains by the concrete entrance left by a former tenant.  I was amazed your team was able to almost get the entire stain out.  Thank you so much for excellent carpet cleaning and stain removal.  I will continue to call you in the future. 👍

I can't recommend ServPro of Carroll County enough. We had a flood in our basement and they came recommended by our Insurance Company. The crew was polite, professional, and efficient. They cleaned up the water damage, dried everything out, and did all of the working with insurance regarding the cleanup cost. We have chosen them to do the rebuild of our basement as well due to the fact that we were so happy with the cleanup.

Our old dishwasher had been leaking for some time. Who knew? Servpro was recommended by the plumbers. What a great company to do business with. Thy came out that night to assess the damage and were immediately put to work. Mike and Steve were so helpful and polite and we thank them immensely. Paul and Tyler came on other days. Such professional work they did and they all cleaned up as best they could. Servpro highly recommended.

The ServPro crew came out the same day I called and got to work assessing the damage and clearing out the wet drywall and insulation.  They set up fans and a dehumidifier and came out, on time, to check on the progress the next day.  Moisture readings were taken again and the fans were left on for a few more days.  Mold remediation took place after things were completely dry.  I would recommend this company for their promptness and thorough work.
