The actual mold remediation done by ServPro was good, and we have no complaints in this area. However, months later when I called Keith from the restoration department to give us an estimate for the repairs, he came out to do the estimate, but then we never heard from him again. He did not respond to my text asking for the estimation. It was so strange, because he was so nice when he came out to do the estimate and never gave us any indication that he would flake out. We still have no idea what happened.
