  Jim and ServiceMaster is hands down one of the most responsive, professional and capable companies I have ever dealt with. He helped us with a mold situation, got everything done on time and for what I thought was a very reasonable price. The also did an awesome job cleaning carpet. Highly recommend.

  I used ServiceMaster for the cleanup from a busted water pipe at my townhouse in Summit County. Jim was quick to respond to my catastrophe and promptly sent Herman and the mitigation team to the rescue! They were very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the process, protect my furnishings, answer questions, and help me through this stressful situation. I highly recommend ServiceMaster if you need water mitigation services! Thank you Jim, Herman, and the Team!

  I had a sewage backup at my house. Service master was able to come over THAT day to get started on the clean up. They communicated with me every step of the way and always made me feel like they had my best interest at heart.
