My husband and I just moved into our new home and on the 1st of September were knee deep in water from the Storm that came thru Maryland. Having never experienced anything like this, we didn’t know where to begin. Our Insurance company gave us a few phone numbers to call and luckily for us ServiceMaster came to our aid. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the moment they arrived they took over and jumped into action. Jeremy and his crew were amazing, worked in sync and before we knew it things were organized, fans and dehumidifiers were going and I felt like I could breath again. Sewer back-up in my basement - lots of damage to items/furniture. Service Master crew made it like new again! The night they left, it happened AGAIN. THEY HAD TO COME BACK OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY AND DO IT ALL AGAIN. And they did…… with smiles on their faces…. And a whole lot of compassion. I would NEVER use anyone else for ANY kind of clean-up in my home! Chris Long and the entire crew were friendly, professional, and helpful at every turn! I can’t say enough good about them! Thank you all SO much!

This company is prompt and professional. After Hurricane Ida left several inches of water in my basement, a two man crew worked diligently to extract the the water, clean, remove damages and dry out the basement. I am extremely pleased with their services and would highly recommend giving them a call.
