  After the first big cold front of the year, we realized our 21-year-old furnace was not up to the challenge. Erik responded quickly with a clear and thorough bid, and answered several follow-up questions we had after receiving multiple bids. When we decided to move forward, we got a very quick installation date. That day, the installation crew worked efficiently (and VERY neatly!), removing the old system and installing the new in a tight space. They walked us through the new thermostat and left no trace of having been there... just in time for the next big cold front the next day. It's lovely to be toasty again! Thank you, Service Wizard! Great experience!

  These days it feels like a rare experience to be completely happy -- impressed, even -- with an HVAC company, but our experience with Service Wizard was truly wonderful. Setting up an appointment was easy and there was plenty of availability. We had them come out for maintenance and to check on our upstairs A/C which didn't seem to be functioning. They actually showed up on time both times they came out! We ended up needing a new condenser (which was not surprising) and Service Wizard was able to get us a quote for multiple types/brands the same day. The unit we chose happened to be out of stock, but they were able to work with us on the price of the more expensive one which was probably the better solution anyway. A few days later, they came out and installed it and helped us change some of our ducts to get more air to a few rooms. The install was so fast! And everything is working like a dream now. We definitely plan to use them in the future for all of our HVAC needs.

  I was very impressed with this team from the time I met the salesperson who was in-depth setting expectations for new HVAC system to be installed into my house. We had some of the coldest days of the winter and my HVAC system was broken. The team was very responsive and had a new heater installed the next day. The technicians that came to my house to install the system were orderly and professional. These guys are top notch and I highly recommend them.
