  I had no idea this place existed until today. I mean I've drove past the building countless times, but didn't realize that they have an awesome retail store full of tools, parts, PPE, and so much more. I will definitely be shopping here in the future!

  I'm an older guy homeowner DIY type and when I was there today Glen really took good care of me. I'm not familiar with their new location so he got the parts I needed for my plumbing job and assembled them to make sure they fit. He was very personable and treated me like a valued customer. I really was pleased. Thanks Glen!

  I called Service Supply, and spoke to Jennifer, looking for a female 1" camlock cap for a vapor recovery hose. She placed me on hold to check inventory. When Jennifer came back to my call, she said they were out of stock. However, she called a competitor seeking what I needed. She got back on the line, informed me where the part was and even supplied me with "their" part number. GREAT SERVICE!!!! Jennifer......YOU ROCK!!!!
