  Horrible Service. Have had a broken oven for over two months and now have to switch to a different service provider to get it fixed. Have been told parts are on back order or wrong and now advised NFM has found them in stock at several places. Would not recommend them for any service needs! One star is being generous.

  We have used them probably 4 times and have always had excellent service. They come out often the same day you call. They come when they say they are going to come, and the service people seem to know what they are doing. We have never had to have them come back because the problem wasn't fixed.
