Techs Jim Cox & Oscar Rodriquez were courteous, polite, forthright, and efficient. Despite the appointment time mixup, they were patient and explained current state of H/V equipment and answered questions on duct cleaning. Pleased with their responsiveness.

Dylan, the service tech, was professional, knowledgeable and on time — despite a long Bay Area drive. We have been Comerford/Service Experts customers for many years and, thanks in part to regular maintenance performed by them, our HVAC has been trouble free. Recommend them highly.

My furnace stopped working. Called Service Experts and they sent two men, one was Oscar Rodgrguez. He is a consultant. Why would I need a consultant? The technician/repair guy could not get my unit to work. So I continued to be cold for several more days until I had an honest repair hvac company come and got it working. Yes, I am getting a new furnace but not from Service Experts who charged $170.00 for the two guys to look at my furnace. Most HVAC companies give a free estimate!

We regret the misunderstanding on our pricing. We do charge a trip fee for our expert technician to come out and then a No Fault Fee to diagnose the problem. This covers the time and associated costs with sending a technician and vehicle to the home. If you use our services to repair the issue, we waive the No Fault Fee.
