  ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! These guys came to my house to replace a leaky spout in my bathroom. The guy didn't even have the proper equipment because he ended up leaving 3 different times to go and get the correct parts. He then proceeded to charge me $450 for 4 hours when he was gone for and hour and a half due to not having what he needed. We will definitely never be doing business with them ever again! edit: discussed the situation with the Manager and he took $100 off my bill.

  He told me he didn’t want to do the work or finish it so he left me the parts for me. Then he charged me for the parts and his time!!! I ask about an estimate for repairs on my A/C system and his reply was (I really don’t want to do so I’ll charge you $10,000 just because I don’t want to do it).
