  I installed some handy dandy wifi thermostats to help with cost during the summer. However, come winter, the heat would not activate. I had a 5 minute phone call to Semper Fi and had an appointment scheduled for the same day. Outstanding !!! Gabe S. arrived as he said he would and was professional and knowledgeable about his trade. Great customer service and the fix was a simple programming deal that was fixed in no time and the temperature checks he performed proved his work. Many thanks for the timely response, professional attitude, and knowledge for the fix. Semper Fi, Semper Fi !! I will definitely use Semper Fi in the future and this business will be my go-to!!

  We started with Ryan on Saturday he came to our home and inspected what needed to be inspected. Our unit was 20 years old, started making a funky noise and the home warranty basically told us to kick rocks until it fails. (Totally a separate issue) So we decided to get some quotes and Ryan came in and gave us all the information including routing the stuff in the attic so that the rooms furthest from the unit got proper flow. We picked the unit we wanted after discussing prices and discounts for paying it in full and veterans discount we were able to get an appointment set up for today (Thursday)! Expectations were set regarding what ifs and time frame of work to be completed. Richard and Branden came out today within the window, called to let us know when they were 30min out and promptly got to work. They were quick, courteous, clean and fun to speak with. They disclosed what was needed regarding expectations with the unit, filters, and quick summary of everything that was completed that we couldn’t see. The whole experience was top notch and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for being amazing and taking care of our needs!

  I am very impressed with Semper Fi. My techs were Michael & Josh! They called to let me know when they would be here for the install. They completed the install & answered any questions I had & offered helping info! They were very nice young men & very polite. Shout out to Brandon as well! I will definitely recommend Semper Fi for all heating & cooling concerns! Great job!
