  Called them because A/C was not cooling and was frozen up. Since the system was 19 years old, they quickly recommended installing a new A/C unit and heater, though the heater worked fine. Because it was old, I agreed. The first price quoted was $6500. Then the paperwork showed $6850 for a 15 seer unit. I asked about the difference and was told that he forgot to add in the price of the filter. Also the paperwork I received after installation showed that the unit was really a 14 seer unit. Technician also had trouble hooking up my existing wi-fi thermostat, claiming it was not working correctly, when it really just needed to be reset. Not completely sure of the honesty of the company. Because I needed the A/C working quickly, I did not get a chance to get other quotes, but am not completely convinced that I paid a fair price for a 14 seer unit.

  I started out as a repair. Unfortunately there was a leak in my 14 year old system so I opted for a top off of coolant and to schedule a new system since it was so old. I have multiple animals that have access to the back yard and Justin and Ethan were good about making sure not to leave the gate open. The new air conditioner is a blessing as the old one was not running correctly for about a year. The installation was done in less than a day and they were amazing about cleaning up after themselves. Usually I end up picking up after repair men..... not this time. what they quoted me was comparable to everyone else but their service was outstanding. I had used them in the past as a maintenance program and they recommended it be replaced last year but I was trying to hang on. I have recommended them to my neighbors and family in the past and will continue to recommend them in the future. Top notch company.

  Have been using company for a long time. They are a good reliable company. Over the years have had everything done for a/c work. Had a unit replaced, down to simply cleaning every year. Very friendly staff.
