It was a pleasure working with Seliga. When my AC Unit went out, they were prompt to arrive and the tech, Brad thoroughly explained the diagnosis. They were able to come back out quickly and install the new unit. Billy and Lawson installed the new unit and a new thermostat quietly while I worked in the other room. Very pleased with their level of service.

It is no fun when your furnace is having issues on cold winter days, but thankfully working with Seliga was a great experience. The company was very responsive and sent someone out the day we called them. Andy was very professional and thorough in his work, making sure he checked everything to try and solve our issue. I would recommend Seliga to anyone that has heating or cooling needs.

Our furnace took out on the worst possible day- A winter storm! Terry was honest that it would probably be the next day before they could get out and put me on the schedule just in case I couldn’t find anyone. Terry followed up later in the day and said they could come first thing in the morning which I really appreciated because I wasn’t feeling too good about the company who said they would come out that day after cancelling ( they did end up asking to reschedule) but they tried to sell me on a plan with assurances that getting to our job that day would be no problem even with the snow. Chris M was the technician assigned to our job. Chris was professional and respectful of our floors by putting covers over his boots. He quickly diagnosed the problem and told me what he would need to do to get the new blower setting realistic expectations. He explained their service program being upfront about the cost, but also pointing out the savings we would receive as a result as well as a bi-annual system check that is part of the plan. I also asked him about installing an electronic thermostat which I’ve been thinking about replacing anyway. Chris M found the part needed and was back within 45 minutes braving these South City side streets that never get much of a snow cleaning. It took him about an hour to replace the part and install the new thermostat. All the while he communicated when he had to go in and out to his truck and each time he was careful to keep our floors from getting dirty. After installing the thermostat, he cleaned up the plaster dust that had fallen with his shop vac. I know I’m pointing out a lot of small things, but Chris showed a level of professionalism and respect for our property that goes along way in keeping me as a customer. Whether I got the best pricing out, I don’t know because I didn’t have the luxury of comparing quotes, but I do feel I got fair pricing and Seliga was not taking advantage of a stressful situation and I received excellent service from Terry and Chris! I recommend using Seliga for your heating and cooling business!
