  None of these people are licensed by the state of california as contractors or electricians and do not know the basic laws concerning codes and safety requirements for mobile homes when installing water heaters. They installed a commercial grade water heater built for installation in a large opened area in a garage of a large building or house. The water heater was not meant for mobile homes and had even stated it in the safety installation book that came with the water heater on page 6 . However they did not read the instructions and installed it anyway. Within about an hour after they lit it and left the smoke alarm went off aa well as carbon monoxide detector. The fire dept was called due to the very hot ceiling. The fireman checked everything out and determined that it was not vented properly and was allowing gas and heat into the ceiling and in fact was quite dangerous and he shut it off and advised us to not allow it to be relit until the vent was corrected and inspected. Shipp came out the next day and said it was all perfect and relit it against advice of fire dept.so now i have been without hotwater for 6 weeks waiting for them to correct the mistake . I have heard nothing from them during this time and they have left me without hot water now for 6 weeks. They lied about everything in an effort to keep from having to do the job again as well as spending over 1000.00 for a mobile home friendly water heater.. stay tuned to krcr and shasta county news to find out what happens to the so called non profit company.now that i have turned them into the state....they even fake having permits and a non licensed inspector From the hud dept do phony inspections. All a bunch of bull malarkey they tell to try to convince people they know what they are doing. Very dumb and very untruthful and very wrong the way they try to justify they are right. Now they will be educated the hard way by fines and restitution to me as well as any others they have done any wrong to.

  This company and their workers are AMAZING! If I could give 10 stars I would. They are very professional. Everything was taken into consideration from appliances to windows. They measured everything several times. I am very GRATEFUL for everything they did for us. A special thank you to Jack for being very courteous and Maggie at the office for helping with every question I had. Thank You
