  I had them install a new A/C unit. That went well. I told him I would pay him the balance in 15 days if I received an invoice with the balance amount. I never got an invoice in the mail. Instead he showed up at my door with an invoice in hand and demanded payment. He told me he mailed me an invoice a week earlier. The invoice he handed me was dated one day before. Not good business practice to lie and swear at a good customer.

  Made a service call and was charged $400 for repairs. A month later the unit failed again. When he returned he stated the unit was old and needed significant repairs and it's not worth paying that much to repair an old unit. Also, charged $300 for the trip. When I questioned him about the charges and the unit still not working the owner got defensive and instulting stating he would take me to court... And he always wins. When I had another contractor look at the unit he stated the unit leaks as well. Which means Selectemp knowingly charged a leaking system (which is illegal). Basically paid $700 for a unit I will have to scrap anyway.

  Was extremely rude. Asked if he puts in already purchased furnace and he told me to find somebody else to put it in and hung up. Y’all wonder why you have bad ratings 🖕🖕
