  They installed a new unit for us 6 years ago. We have had issues every year, and now the compressor is out. I left a message for a call back 6 days ago and not a peep from anyone. Come to find out, the compressor didn't even match up with the unit they installed. $1000 for new compressor, $400-600 for repairman time. Chris Cotter was in charge at that time, but no longer there. We have someone fixing it now who is actually doing it right.

  Scumbag's employees rear-ended company vehicle and were rather nonchalant about the legal process. To top it off they had the audacity to LIE to all insurance company parties on fault. Stay away from these people!

  they told me one price and then sent me a invoice for double the price. on top of that they never finished the job. not happy!
