  Called for some help they informed me they were unavailable for that day, I inquired about the next day and the lady told be they were booked for today and hung up without trying to find a time in the future to help. Seems unpleasant and unhelpful

  I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!! The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude!! She told me she couldn't help me!! All we needed was someone to come out and service our ac and we were in no hurry. I even told her that we could wait a couple of days to get service.

  The guy that came over and fixed my air conditioner was very nice and answered all my questions. He also showed me where the filter goes and how the system works which I appreciated. Very nice guy! I would’ve gave 5 stars but initially when I called the company to see if we were put on the list, the lady that answered was not very friendly. She was very short with me when I was just simply asking if she got the message my landlord left then she hung up abruptly...other than that I am very pleased with the service! Thanks y’all!
