  I had a hearing on Feb 23, 2022 for child support. Due to inclement weather the courts were closed for 2 days. I just called up to see how the situation would be handled and the clerk was very informative and courteous. She explained to call Monday or Tuesday to see the new court date and assured me I would be okay . I have had miscommunication with another court in the past resulting in my incarceration. Needless to say I'm always hesitant if something like this happens again on how to take care of it. I'm content with the way it is being handled and feel stress free.

  I would give zero stars if it would let me. This court house was handed a paper showing that a prosicuter sent a letter telling my stalker Dennis McCaslin of Today In Fort Smith to stay away from me and have no contact or communication because of his threats of harm and violence. During my visit today my stalker followed me to the court room. The letter showing he was not alowed to be near me sent by Mr. Terry was given to the eviction judge and all staff. They allowed my stalker to stay in the court room with me making me unsafe, uncomfortable and very scared, to the point where i had to throw up and had a panic attack. I left my own court becuase this court refused to protect me. This court and room 105 did not protect me or follow the written letter of the law. This show malace and hate and this is not something that should be allowed or accepted. Then after I question why they allowed this the short haird judge lady threated to hold me in contempt of court rather than try to understand my fear of my stalker.
