  Stay away from this company, they'll try to sell you new heating and cooling equipment instead of making a simple repair. My mother called for no heat, and a few days before Christmas he left her without attempting any repairs or diagnosis to sleep in the Chicago winter. He did offer to sell her a new furnace for $5000 after charging $130 for the service call. The next day we had a chance to look over things with her. The issue? Dead thermostat batteries for $3. Don't you think a professional service should include such a common and basic part of troubleshooting in their $130 service call? Think twice before using this company.
