  Arrived early, very thorough, communicated issues with heater very well, honest about not needing a part replacement. Super impressed and will use again for A/C and Heating issues.

  Had a new unit installed. Damaged my house during installation. Hired a 3rd party to fix the damage. 3rd Party took over a month to schedule an estimate. Refused to give me an appointment. Said "We'll call you when we're on our way" - so they can come anytime over the next two weeks, and I was just supposed to be sitting around waiting for them to show up. They never did call to come back. Salesman did not return phone calls. Administrative staff sent insulting messages and had no communication with sales team. Very unprofessional. There are a lot of good HVAC installers in OC - use one of them and avoid Seaside.

  Fair prices, decent on availability, professional and trustworthy. Had them out twice on two different rental properties, both times the prices were reasonable and the issues resolved first time and quickly. Highly recommend.
