My washer is covered under sears warranty. It was leaking. Set an appointment but technician said that your location is a business address so your appliance is not covered. I tried to explain that it is under my name and the copy of agreement given to me does not say that it is not covered but he did not listen. Be aware and stay away from any of their products or warranty offers. They are daytime robbers. Would never suggest to anyone.

They were supposed to repair my refrigerator yesterday. I paid the tech 552 dollars signing that they would come out tomorrow and they never showed up. Got a message saying was rescheduled for 2 weeks out. I called to cancel but they wont refund me my money. They broke the contract not me so why cant I be refunded? They dont know anything and cant help with any issues. Stay clear from them.

I scheduled a home repair for my Kenmore Refrigerator. Technician was to be here between 10-2. No call, no show after sitting home all day. I "chatted" with Sears Home Services to find out what was happening and they could not help. Later, checked online and the message was that I needed to reschedule. Seriously?
