  My kitchen is Beautiful! From the start, enjoyed working with Laura designing my kitchen and Diane, project manager. Jim Fulton, the contractor, does excellent work. Very knowledgeable of plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinet installation to ceramic back splash. Jim is a conscience worker. I would recommend this team to everyone. Happy Sears Customer ☺

  The initial sales visit seemed promising. After getting our hopes up, we are starting to realize we were wrong. The sales rep told us that the whole project would be completed within a 10 day window. After a month, it is still not complete. We were told that soft close hinges and rollers were included as standard. This is incorrect. After a week of trying to follow up to get the issue resolved, they finally agreed to put the hardware we were sold in. We are still waiting on new drawers and rollers, and after 2 weeks they still do not have a date when they will be available. We were told that Sears would coordinate everything, which is why we used them. WRONG. I have had to follow up so much with the sales rep and project manager I feel like I am the general contractor on the project. The contractors they used were good, and nothing bad can be said about their work. If you are not interested in a lifetime warranty, I would not use them.

  Jim Fulton, the Sears installer that was our pleasure to be assigned, is tremendously talented, conscientious and thorough. Just as with any other contractor material availability has made our project take longer than anticipated to complete. We signed contracts at the end of May and now end of August and are waiting for countertops before job can be completed. Also had some disagreement on what work was included in the bid, but so far those issues have been resolved to everyone’s satisfaction. All that being said would still rate Sears Home Improvement Products 5 stars and are considering them for a bath remodel.
