  Absolute incompetence and waste of time and money. Unfortunately, I'm at the mercy of a Home Warrant company and do not have the option of using someone else. First visit - didn't have the part (I'll accept that) and stated would return on following Monday to complete repair. Tech failed to mention that they only work "in my area" one day a week and it is not Monday. 2nd technician showed up, installed part, destroyed air filter and instructed I buy the wrong size and didn't test the repair. Was more interested in trying to up sale me to "Sears Home Improvement Services"... I wouldn't let these clowns mow my yard, let alone do ANY type of repair/construction on my home. Then I was informed I would have to wait ANOTHER WEEK for the one day they will do repairs. I have been without heat for 3 weeks! Bottom line - IF YOU CAN, AVOID THIS COMPANY for HVAC repair.

  I've been without my sears microwave for 1 month now after a 3rd attempt to repair it. Sears finally agreed to replace it with a different model, but it hasn't happened yet due to stores closing and delayed service repairmen.
