    I have been paying insurance for my refrigerator and started to have problems with my refrigerator. My refrigerator has been making ice on the back part of my fridge where it is not supposed to make ice and it has also been making ice on the bottom part of my freezer when it is not supposed to. I called Sears and they sent a technician through Alpha Services Repair and charged me $75 service fee and the technician Michael told me it is the plastic gasket seal insulating my fridge on the bottom part of my refrigerator and that insurance does not cover it and it would be an extra $200 for service and replacement parts because it is purely cosmetic. I gladly paid the price, but my refrigerator was still having these problems. My refrigerator was having the same problems again I called again to Sears service repair, customer service, which informed me that my case was closed and I needed to open up a new on that would cost me $75, which I did. They sent me Mike technician he informed me that it was the gasket seal for the upper door causing the problem and informed me that it would cost another $150, I said it was fine and Mike came again, but saw that the ice was all over my fridge and that he would need to send a new diagnostic code to Sears because it was no longer the gasket code issue. I called again Alpha repair services again and Barbara the customer service rep answers and informs me that the gasket is still the problem based on Mike's recent trip. I requested another technician to come and take a look, but they denied my request. This issue has been going on for months especially over the summer. I have made multiple calls to Sears and the repair service company, but they have been stating multiple times it is the gasket seal based on the diagnostic code Mike the technicians has made. In addition, Mike has informed me that Sears has not contacted him about my new claims and that he was unaware of this. It seems that there is no communication between Sears and the repair company they use. I have been dealing with my refrigerator freezing, leaking, and even ruining my hardwood floor due to all the ice melting. I also hired a technician on my own for a second opinion and they informed me that the gasket seal had nothing to do with the ice forming in the back plus the water leaking from the refrigerator. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, especially being a loyal Sears company throughout the years. I will most definitely not be returning to use this service again and I implore anyone reading this review to please reconsider getting insurance from Sears because 1.) nothing is covered 2.) they keep sending the same people who say different things and only send the same report to Sears/repair company.

    The technician was on time, professional and skilled. The problem with my washer was diagnosed quickly and resolved. He also provided good tips on maintaining my washer and getting the best washing results.
