I need another repair call. Can't get a real person on line...can't get a real person on the telephone. Pay premium dollars for a protection agreement, but can't get through to sked an appointment. Last repair, same issue they decided what was wrong with the washer machine via their web site, mailed a part, then we had to wIt several weeks for a repair person to install it. There has to be some better appliances and better warranty contracts! Just want to sked a repair person! HELLO SEARS, IF YOU BOTHER TO READ UOUR REVIEWS...CALL ME!

Sears has a lawn mower repair in Lewiston but I cannot take my riding lawn mower there they can only send a technician out to my house in Orofino. But they don't have a technician that they can send out to Orofino. The Sears drop off repair in Lewiston only takes push lawn mowers not riding lawn mowers. So ultimately after talking a while on the phone and taking up my time I was told they cannot repair the lawn mower I bought from them.

15 minutes to be told parts aren't available for older model dishwasher and billed $110. Bit of a scam.
