  I could not understand the person I talked to and they couldn't understand me. They send the tech.to a house a 150 miles away from my house and my washer still needs fixed .my washer is 18 months old and doesn't work .thanks maytag and lowes

  While the repairman was unable to repair my dryer (Whirlpool Ventless) he extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone with a conventional dryer

  The reason for the 1 star review is as follows. The young man who came to repair the drawer slides on our freezer decided that when the part came in we could repair it ourselves to save him a return trip. I pay for maintenance protection on some things to avoid that. If a customer has paid for the service, then give them the service. If I wanted or could repair my own things, I would.
