They kept canceling my appointment and rescheduling a month later with no explanation, they did this twice, and you cannot speak with a real person to find out what is going on. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service person that finally showed up was great, courteous and knew his job. Three months without my dishwasher.

Found small leak in water line of refrigerator and shortened it. After he left the water leak was much worse. Had to replace portions of line to stop the leak. Too busy trying to sell maintenance plan.
