We ordered service for our Sears cloths dryer on 2/12/22 but the earliest appointment was a month away on 3/9 between 1-5pm. We decided to wait thinking Sears would send only a qualified, professionally trained, supervised technecian. But that ment sending our laundry to the cleaners for a month while we waited. The technician arrived right at 5pm. My wife asked for his badge for identification as she was home alone. He had none. She asked for a business card. Again, he had none. She decided to let him in instead of rescheduling. He looked at the dryer and said there was nothing wrong with it. She called me on the phone. I said the dryer won't heat. He said it was heating fine and would log the temperatures. He didn't. We are now out the funds we paid Sears, paid and are still paying the laundromat, wasted alot of our time, and still have a clothes dryer that will not dry clothes. What should we do now?

They are always nice Only thing is when I ordered a part for my refrigerator, the girl that I spoke with sent me the wrong part even after giving her the correct number. The gentleman I spoke with explained how sorry he was He realized that was for a different refrigerator.
