Poor service we had bought a refrigerator from sears several years ago sears always had came to our home and repaired the refrigerator.we had problem with ice make leaking . Called for a repairman to come look at it. They told me they service the whole United States. I tried to set appointment they told me they didn't service our home. I told him your repairman has been here before he said we don't service your home. I asked to speak to his supervisor he said I couldn't. The same man pretend to be the one who took the call then he said he would connect me to a repairman but it was the same voice each time and you could hear the wind blowing on the phone. Sears has lost my business.
