After 2 other fridgadaire sent companies and over 9 month off of and on help, fridgadaire finally sent A&E. They came, they appraised, they ordered, they fixed. I liked their attitude, humor and speed of work.

CONSUMER BE AWARE!!! Sear's repair center runs all repair orders under the name of A&E Factory Services. Both companies are registered to Sears Holdings. It is impossible to get any representative/customer service agent to speak with regarding a problem because all calls are routed to the Philippines. The only way to get an address or contact info for these companies is by going to the Oregon Secretary of State and looking up their corporate information. Samsung referred me to Sears for a stove repair. A sear's employee came to my home, in a Sear's repair van to "fix" my stove. Once the repair man determined the issue, he told me that I needed to pay for parts in order to complete the repair. I made a check out to Sears as instructed and was given a receipt from A&E Factory Services. Having received no parts for over a month, I called Sears to find out the status of the order. Sears told me they couldn't help me because a third party- A&E Factory Services- was handling the order. When I called A&E Factory Services they just told me to wait for them to contact me with status. I finally asked for a refund from A&E Factory Services and Sears. They each told me they could not issue a refund. They also told me tha they were separate companies. I searched them on the Oregon Secretary of State website and it turns out that they are all owned by the same people!!! To date, I have been unable to get my refund ($200+). STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES!

My Samsung gas dryer quit working. I was unsuccessful in finding a repair service that worked on Samsung Brand locally. I googled Samsung repair and Sears Repair came up. They work on many brands and Samsung was one of them. Yesterday the repairman came (when we were in a big power outage) and he was able to determine that it was a sensor. He had the part on his truck and had it fixed in no time. When power was restored I in fact had a working dryer. I give him a 5 star because he fixed it even without having power. He could have easily rescheduled the appointment and I would have been going to the laundromat today. Thank you Sears ( A & E Repair) for helping me.
