Service was promised on a Wednesday. I had to call to find out about delay. He finally arrived on Friday. I hope it is fixed, although I have had at least 6 technicians here in 4 years to work on it. Don’t know whether to blame Sears or Kitchen Aid or both. Technician was good once he finally got here. But Sears doesn’t even consult technicians before they schedule service. Poorly managed service.
