  The service man that came did nothing, he ask me what was wrong, I told him what code was showing up on the stove. He did not check the heat sensor or anything with a meter to see if the correct voltage was being put out, all he said it was the mother board, he did not check it. All did was ask me personal questions about my house, and what I did for a living. I would not recommend this service, very unsatisfied !!!

  The technician was super good. But the Sears protection program is terribly slow. My refrigerator had been repaired four times, the last time took seven weeks should have been replaced
