  Scheduled repair for freezer door on new unit for last Friday. Stayed home from work because they give you an 8 to 5 window, and well they never showed up. Rescheduled for today and it's 3:20 and no word from the repair person. The dispatcher said that we were called, nothing on the caller ID, then said we were texted, nothing there ,and then said we were emailed, NO EMAIL. What would you do if this was you?

  So far I am pleased with the service, was kept informed via phone and email. My original appointment was rescheduled, possibility because it was close to memorial day. The serviceman was thoughtful and efficient.
