The thechnicians were on time, very polite and made some minor adjustments and promissed to come back again if I call them but they didn't seem too familiar with my particular model of watersoiftner. They were quick learners, thouigh. I certainly will. SEARS was unable to locate them after 6 months of intense research. But everything is well that ends well.
