They fixed my refrigerator only took 19 days. Then when I payed the repair man said my card didn't go through then ran it again got charged twice and only took 20 days to get a refund.

I was transferred 3 times. The third time the service rep had no idea what an electric leaf blower vaccuum was. She was to call me back, but never did. Bottom line customer service is horrible.

My washing machine still has not been replaced have insurance but still hasn't been replaced nearly a month now they said they would replace it how long does it take
