I called to have my dishwasher fixed because it was not draining the water. when the repair man showed up He turned on the dishwasher and then told me the motor was bad and to replace it would cost $450.i told him i will buy a new dishwasher. I payed him $96 and he left. he did nothing but push a button on the dishwasher and left. Turns out my motor was fine it was glass that was stopping it from working.... do not trust them i will never use them again!

My husband said that the technician was great. BUT I am NOT happy with SEARS and the lies I was told when I renewed my Maintenance agreement with them for another year. They guaranteed me that a certain thing on the stove was covered under the maintenance agreement and that it would be taken care of and the technician told my husband that it was "cosmetic" and wasn't covered. I am NOT HAPPY!!!

The technician, Matt, came to my house for the snowblower tune-up. He was prompt and polite and even petted my dog. He put the snowblower back in the garage when he was done. A job well done!
