Our tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. We were more than thrilled that he had the part with him in the van. Thought for sure a part would have to be ordered and we'd be without a fridge for a while. He had it fixed within two hours! I also wish, like other reviewers, that a better timeframe could be given when the appt is scheduled. Like, at least, morning or afternoon. Very inconvenient for working people.

part under warranty but had to pay $628 for labor and it still isnt fixed. ive been without a fridge since Oct.1 and now they cant come back until the 27th.

They are the worst, have been waiting since mid November it's now into February. EXCUSES EXCUSES that's all you get . You want a repair go somewhere else. NEVER NEVER USE THEM
