The service technician was good. However, when scheduling service I was told that for $ 50 per year I could 50% discount on the service and have 5 items covered. This was not correct it turned out to be $ 50 per month. When I called to cancel the contract I was told there was a cancellation fee and the cost of my service would double. I was pressured to keep the contract. I refused. My credit card was immediately charged the 50% discount but I was not given credit for the $ 50 first month already charged to my card. I COULD NOT BE MORE DISSATISFIED WITH THIS TREATMENT AND WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!!!!!

The oven is not baking properly, the technician checked the oven and said there was nothing wrong with it. I have use it for baking since purchase in 2017 with no problems till about 3 months ago. At first I though it was me doing something wrong, after having 3 cakes not bake properly I call Sears since they talked me into a service contract when purchased the stove. Over the weekend I attempted to bake another cake following the instructions on the box exactly and doing it the way the tech recommended. I even left the cake in for an extra 1/2 hour because the top was not brown yet. The top finally did brown, however the inside was not fully baked.
