See below for update 1/18/22 Oct 12, 2021 the Sears tech came to my home to repair the fridge. It doesn't cool properly as the top of the fridge is several degrees warmer than the bottom of the fridge. I paid many hundreds of dollars to repair the fridge. I couldn't tell the tech did anything except leave an old part on my counter. Temp is still warm in fridge. Tech comes back one week later, Oct 19, 2021 and works on the fridge. Declares again it is fixed. Once again, it is not. Tech has been twice and I can't tell that anything has been done to my refrigerator. I feel the fool for paying for repairs. I Do Not Recommend This Repair Shop AT ALL. Update 1/18/22 Sears has sent technicians to the house five times now. One time they didn't show, I've been at the house or had someone there for me six times to wait on Sears. For a while they had the fridge moderately better, still warm, but better. After the visit last week, my fridge is now no better than before the first visit. It is warm and the milk spoils before the due date. Still a one star review.

The technician was terrible. He did not wear a mask into my house, he talked about himself the whole time (about how rich he was), and then didn't actually fix anything. He actually made my issue worse, made me uncomfortable and then charged me for it. When I spoke to customer service they were apologetic and said another technician would come out and fix my problem. They ended up trying to send the same technician out to my house so I cancelled that service call. They were supposed to send another technician out but that never happened. Now I am still waiting on my reimbursement on the technician's first call. TERRIBLE TECHNICIAN SERVICE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never ever call Sears Appliance Repair for anything at my house ever again.

Charged me $100.00 to tell me that the vent was plugged and that he does not repair that. Tried to sell me a maintenance contract. Probably the worst experience was with the person that set up the service, did not speak english very well and also tried to sell me other things? I will not be calling Sears again for anything!
