To whom it may concern 😟 I called Sears appliances repair out to look at my brand new GE washer and dryer which were BOTH having issues, my washer on "NORMAL setting" would rip and tear my clothes, the dryer was not drying the clothes all the way. The repair guy literally said "oh don't use the normal cycle use the other settings that's what they are for. 😳 I said what is normal for then?? He said it's a default setting???? What??? The washer also would not fill to maximum capacity in normal cycle he looked it up on YouTube and said he would have to pull the washing machine out to fix the problem and his back was bad and he couldn't do it????? 😳 Then why did you come at all?? He charged me $89.00 per machine and told me the problem with the dryer was I was NOT putting enough laundry in at one time???? That makes no sense 😕 anyway bad bad experience and I would never call Sears again. Oh and by the way all the repair guy could talk about was it being almost 5 o'clock and his retirement was coming up in a couple of months. I clearly think this guy has already retired 😕 Bad experience 😪 all the way around. Kim

Bearings on my LG front load washer went. I was told that I will be getting a new one soon. It is a blessing. As I am a farmer and I will soon be working many hours on a tractor getting my Spring plowing done. Glad I am getting a replacement soon.

Terrible service. Technician was fine but a part had to be ordered and an installation appt made. The part came to the house and waited over 5 hours for the installation to be taken care of, no one showed up. You cannot speak to anyone and I ended up “chatting” on the web and was told I would have to reschedule another appt over a week away, no excuse given. 1st and definitely the last time I’ll do business with this sham of a business.
