He came and evaluated and stated what could be done, but the dealer I purchased it from is replacing it, so he didn’t have to do anything.

I called because I was having trouble with my washer and dryer. I paid 89.00 for service fee for each one. The parts came the fix the dryer and they said they fixed the washer the washer washer was 417.00 around that. The first time I went to use the washer the same thing happened the clothes was soaked and to keep spinning them out. I called and told them I was having the same problem they said I would have another 89 dollar fee I told them they didn't fix the problem I was having in the first place and if it is going to cost me another couple hundred I could of bought a new washer. It is a rip off how do I know the first part was even bad that they ordered since it didn't fix it either way I should not have to pay 89. Dollar's again to find out what is wrong with it. SAME PROBLEM.

If I was just rating the final repair and the service tech it would be a 5 star rating. But the process of dealing with the scheduling appointments and delivery of parts was a nightmare. After my washer was diagnosed, my first repair appointment was cancelled due to all the parts not being ordered. Once all the parts finally came, my second repair appointment was scheduled. On that day I sat at home 9 hours waiting for a tech that was never scheduled by Sears. The actual repair, once it happened, was well done. I am thankful for that. But as a result of the time and energy wasted in dealing with the call center I will be looking for a new place to purchase my major appliances, currently every major appliance in my home was a Sears purchase. Look no farther than this review to realize why Sears is closing stores everywhere. The corporate office does not care about their customers.
