Israel was my service provider for our gas range. I was given time range notifications for arrival, the ability to track arrival and a call regarding arrival time. He got right to checking the problem and repaired the item in a very short period of time. Highly recommend.

Had to wait several weeks to get a washing machine fixed. A week before it was scheduled to get fixed I called them to let them know the specific part that was broken so that they could fix it the same day. It was a overseas customer service rep. and they said that they could not help me. They said that tech would arrive on site (after I waited several weeks) , assess the machine, order the part and come back out at a later date to repair it. I canceled the appt., you tubed the fix, ordered the part with a local appliance store and will fix it myself.

1. The part never arrived so Sears was called. They would look into the parts availability. Several weeks later I called and after 30 mints The person said the parts were no longer avaliable and I would be sent to another person on the phone. The phone hung up. I have tried several times to get the person who would tell us what we do now. Always hang up after 10 or more minutes. PLEASE HELP US.
