Serviced 3 times for same minor issue, door latch. The 3 visit he left while my husband was on the phone. No note, online stated the task was complete. Not only was the microwave not working, he broke our oven. Yes the day before Thanksgiving!!

Bad ...They came on Nov 4 deemed my refrigerator operable, nothing wrong with it, 4 weeks later my refrigerator went out. I lost over 200 worth of food. I contacted sears after not being able to get an appointment until Feb 1st ..it was December and they told me I had to wait until Feb 1st ..I called sears directly and told them what happened how long I have to wait for an appointment, they says they can do nothing about it. I waited from December to Feb 1st without a fridge , food on the porch, not much because we live land and there are coyotes and other animals. I explained this over and ove. Feb 1st tech comes puts his meter to the fridge says he can't read anything he'll order a part that was unavailable ,he also wasn't sure that was the problem because of no reading. He stayed in my home 6 mins , he said he had other appointments. I asked for supervisor or a manager. I was told they don't have those and good luck finding one. The customer service and the fact that I had to wait 2 months with 5 grandkids In the home without a fridge and no one cared at Sears is beyond me. I even cried on the phone I was so mad and frustrated. If I could have gone out and purchased a fridge I would have. That was not an option for me, besides I paid them for a service that they failed at. Never will I allow sears in my home again.
