  I called Sears on 7/5 to get my fridge fixed and they said they could not come out until 7/27. This had to be okay because they would not give the local man we hired the manual on how to fix our fridge. Our appointment was then cancelled 7/26 in the afternoon and they said they couldn’t come back out until 8/20. This leaves my family of 5 without a fridge for another month. This makes it incredibly hard to do anything and the company does not seem to care.

  actually no repair was made repair request was refused because of a mouse , I feel there were options to make repair were not discussed he collected his 98 dollar service fee high for nothing repaired
