  When I called, the call center rep told me that if I had them do the work, the $125 "diagnostic fee" would be applied to the bill. To me, those words mean that the repair bill would be reduced by the $125. Apparently, that's not how Sears sees it. The technician Tom explained even before arriving that the $125 was already part of the bill. Tom is an honest, competent gentleman. He gets ten stars, Sears gets zero. Deceptive and dishonest. Little wonder that Sears is not even a shadow of its former iconic self.

  Closed, would not even take my call on automated system. States it is open. Cannot give 0 stars.
