No showed and when called office, they promised me, I would hear back in an hour, and repairman was coming. They disconnected me two times and even spoke with a supervisor and he again promised me they were coming and would hear from repairman. He never showed, never received a call and then got a text the next day that my appt was rescheduled for 3 weeks out. Will never use them again. They were able to call me and try to sell me a kitchen re model.

3 scheduled appointments and 3 no call / no shows. Each and every time the tech made up lies like "customer didn't answer phone", "customer wasn't home", "gate code didn't work".....all of which were flat out lies. I wasted three days waiting for these jokers to show up and never saw anyone. When I contacted Sears each time to seek resolution all they can say is "We can reschedule your appointment for next week". Why? So you can waste my time and not show up again. Word to the wise, don't waste your time trying to do business with these people....they clearly don't want it.

We were scheduled for 8:00 am to 5:00 pm today, 10/02 for a refrigerator repair. They then rescheduled for 5:10 to 7:10 this evening. We received a text at 7:07 pm this saying he needed to reschedule to Saturday. He also said he came by earlier. BS to that. There was someone home all day because another of their guys came by to work on our dishwasher. Called customer service and they said reschedule to Saturday. We are taking our business elsewhere.
